Weekly Rentals:
Rentals will run Saturday through Saturday.
- Check-in: 2:00 pm
- Check-out: 12:00 pm
Weekly Rates:
January 1- May 18: $750 per week
May 18-June 22: $850 per week
June 22- September 1: $950 per week
September 1- December 31: $750 per week
Weekend Rentals (if available):
Rentals will run Friday-Sunday (two nights).
January 1-May 18: $300 ($150 per night)
May 18-June 22: $350 ($175 per night)
June 22-September 1: $400 ($200 per night)
September 1- December 31: $300 ($150 per night)
*We ask that you leave the house clean, as it was upon your arrival. A task checklist will be provided at the house for your convenience.
** If you choose not to be responsible for the cleaning, an additional $150 will be added to the rental rate.
